Once the site of a mill destroyed by fire in 1877, Burr Pond Picnic Shelter honors its historic past by marking the former mill site with a bronze tablet, located just below the falls. The site is a lovely place to enjoy nature and picnic with friends or family. Boating and swimming are both available. |
